Effective Communication
The office implementation requested by the Swedish company Effective Communication entailed installing a call center in a 400-square-meter building in Calle Venezuela (Barcelona). During the initial phase, the company required an area with 20 workstations, but as the project progressed they added 20 more, which meant modifying the original blueprints.
All this work needed to be completed quickly – within a month – because the company needed to be up and running as quickly as possible. Additional independent work areas and other shared areas needed by a company of this size were created.
