The British-owned Innovation Group designs solutions for insurance companies and had decided to leave its office in El Prat de Llobregat and move to larger premises in Calle Wellington, Barcelona. The growing workforce for their call center had pushed them to the ground floor of a building owned by Instituto de Tecnología de la Construcción (ITEC), with a ceiling height of around 4.5 meters.

This 1,000-square-meter former industrial unit had a vintage vibe the Construnext team wanted to preserve, adapting the space to become a functional call center yet without sacrificing its character.
