Ambulance company Falck VL rented several industrial units in the outskirts of Barcelona to manage its vehicle fleet. However, it was necessary to adapt them for that purpose, and some of them were empty. Construnext was hired to create rest areas for the staff, ambulance repair workshops, cleaning bays, parking spaces, changing rooms, showers, offices, and other areas for specific tasks.

The timeline was extremely tight since the company needed to start operating immediately. The project’s smaller units were completed within a month, and the larger ones in two months.
