The facade, balconies, and terraces of this high-end, residential building located at 111 Calle Ganduxer in Barcelona needed an upgrade with new materials. The Home Owners Associations asked Construnext to replace the pavement floors, railings, and cladding. While the work was in progress, structural problems were discovered, caused by a lack of maintenance and exposure.

The concrete was in poor condition and some of the ironwork was completely rusted or disintegrated due to water damage. A structural engineer was called in to design a building restoration project. For four months, we worked on the 250 square-meter facades, doing our utmost to minimize any inconvenience to residents.
