The international pharmaceutical Stallergenes asked Construnext to fit out its office on a 450-square-meter floor in a building at 22, Calle Llacuna, Barcelona. This was a “turnkey” project. It started with a briefing to understand the customer’s needs, to then draft a work plan allowing the company to be fully operational by a specified deadline.

Starting with an open space, Construnext created six open-plan areas, two fully-equipped meeting rooms, and all the necessary facilities to cover the needs of a multinational firm. Formal rooms (offices) were designed to exist harmoniously alongside more casual areas (canteen and shared areas). The project was timely delivered with all its convenience and functionality guaranteed.
