What we do

International drug company Stallergenes asked Construnext to fit out its offices on a 450-square-metre floor in a building at Calle Llacuna 22 in Barcelona. This would be a “turnkey” project that started with a briefing to understand the customer’s needs, leading to the drafting of a work plan that would have the company in, up and running by a specified deadline.

Starting with an open space, Construnext created six open-plan areas and two meeting rooms, fully equipped to cover the needs of a multinational firm. Formal rooms (offices) were designed to exist harmoniously alongside more casual areas (canteen and shared areas). The project was delivered with convenience and functionality guaranteed.
